Terms of service
Last updated: 3 November 2026
These terms apply to your use of rabtechnologies.net and to the web development, design, integration and maintenance services ("Services") provided by Rab Technologies & Traders LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company trading as RaB Technologies ("we", "us"). If a signed proposal or contract with you says something different, the signed document applies.
1. Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our Services and contact us. Please do not misuse it — for example by attempting to break its security or sending spam through the contact form. Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
2. Quotes and scope
- Each project starts with a written scope and quote. A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
- The price covers the work described in the scope. Changes or additions are quoted separately and are only done after you approve them in writing.
- Timelines in a quote assume you provide content, feedback and approvals on time. Delays on your side may move the delivery dates.
3. Payment
- Projects are divided into milestones. Unless your quote says otherwise, a deposit is due before work starts, and each milestone is invoiced when it is delivered.
- Invoices are due within 7 days. We may pause work on overdue accounts after giving you notice.
- Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise and do not include taxes or third-party costs (such as hosting, domains, paid plugins or app-store fees), which are paid by you.
- Refunds are covered by our refund & payment policy.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, content and timely feedback.
- Make sure you have the rights to any text, images, logos, data or other material you give us, and that using them does not break any law or anyone else's rights.
- Decide how your website or application uses personal data, and keep the privacy notices and consents your business needs.
- Keep your own account credentials and backups safe once the project has been handed over to you.
5. Delivery and acceptance
We share each milestone on a preview link for you to review. Please report anything that does not match the agreed scope within 7 days of delivery. If we do not hear from you within that time, or once the work is published live, the milestone is treated as accepted.
6. Bug fixing after launch
For 30 days after launch we fix, free of charge, any defects in the work we delivered that stop it from working as described in the scope. This does not cover new features, changes in requirements, problems caused by changes made by others, or issues with third-party services, hosting or browsers released after delivery.
7. Ownership of the work
- When you have paid all invoices for a project, you own the custom code, designs and content we created specifically for you, and we hand over the source code and access.
- Open-source software, frameworks, licensed themes and plugins remain under their own licences. Our general tools, libraries and know-how stay ours, and you receive a permanent licence to use them as part of your project.
- Unless you ask us not to, we may mention you as a client and show non-confidential parts of the work in our portfolio.
8. Third-party services
Projects often depend on services we do not control — for example hosting, payment gateways, the WhatsApp Business Platform, app stores or email providers. Their terms and fees apply directly to you, and we are not responsible for their outages, policy decisions, price changes or account restrictions. We will help where we reasonably can.
9. Care plans and hourly work
Monthly care plans and blocks of hours are billed in advance and renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. Unused hours do not roll over unless your plan says so.
10. Confidentiality
We keep your business information, data and credentials confidential and use them only to provide the Services. This does not apply to information that is already public or that we are required by law to disclose.
11. Liability
- We provide our Services with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated in these terms, the Services and this website are provided "as is", without other warranties.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities.
- Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Ending a project
Either side may end a project by written notice. If that happens, you pay for the work completed up to that date, and we hand over the work you have paid for. Sections on payment, ownership, confidentiality and liability continue to apply after a project ends.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Before starting any formal dispute, both sides agree to try to resolve it informally by contacting each other in writing and allowing 30 days to find a solution.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Changes do not affect projects already agreed in writing. Questions? Email info@rabtechnologies.net or write to Rab Technologies & Traders LLC, 30 N Gould St #29271, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
