2. What we collect

• Contact form and messages: your name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — phone or WhatsApp number, company name, project type, budget range and the message you write.
• Email, phone and WhatsApp: the details and content of messages you send us through these channels.
• Clients: contact and billing details, project information, and the files, accounts and credentials you share so we can do the work.
• Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) for security and troubleshooting.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes.
• To deliver projects, provide support and send invoices.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We will only send you marketing emails if you ask to receive them, and you can stop them at any time.

4. Cookies

The website uses one essential cookie, set only when you open the contact page, to protect the contact form against misuse. It expires when you close your browser. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google when you visit.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as much as they need:

• Website hosting and email providers.
• Messaging services you choose to contact us on, such as WhatsApp (operated by Meta).
• Payment processors and banks, when you pay an invoice.
• Accountants and professional advisers, under confidentiality.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or those of others.

6. Data in client projects

When we build or maintain a website or application for a client, the client decides what personal data the project processes — for example, data about the client's own customers. In that case we act on the client's instructions as a service provider, use the data only to do the work, keep it confidential and return or delete it when the work ends.

7. International transfers

We work with clients and providers in different countries, so your information may be processed outside your own country, including in the United States, the European Union and India. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected wherever it is processed.

8. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 2 years, then deleted.
• Client and project records: for the duration of our work together and up to 6 years afterwards, for legal, tax and support purposes.
• Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a limited period, usually a few weeks.

9. Security

We use HTTPS across the site, limit access to personal information to people who need it, store credentials you share with us in a password manager, and remove access when a project ends. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell affected people about a security incident where the law requires it.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email info@rabtechnologies.net. We will reply within 30 days.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
