• Before Project Start: If you cancel before work has started, you may receive up to a full refund, minus administrative charges (if any).

• After Project Start: If work has already begun, refunds will be prorated based on the portion of the project completed.

• Ongoing Services (SEO/Marketing): Cancellations must be requested at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.

• Non-Refundable: Payments for domain names, hosting, third-party tools, and software licenses are non-refundable.

• Partial Refunds: May be issued if work delivered does not meet agreed milestones, subject to review.

• No Refunds: Will be provided once a project has been fully delivered and approved by the client.
